A The person who is in food and beverage(F&B) service as the formal and especially exclusive dinner is hold.

Q Where are we work mainly?
A City hotel, Guest house, or Embassy, Club house, etc

Q What kind of event are there?
A You possiblly suppose there are many weddinng partys soon, the others are memorial, congratulation and thanks ones. Have you ever been invited as a guest.

Q Is it difficult for us to develop the skill of service?
A The most difficult one is so-called course dinner style service. You have to do or ractice it more than several times at least if you take it commpletely. But you don't have to worry. You can begin with easy service as a beginner.


2. How to begin it

Q How do you do as wanting to begin the job?
A You have to registrate at our office first thing.
You may make an appoinnt for it. Our open time is 10:30–20:00 on weekday.

Q How long does it take to do it ?
A 30–40 minutes. W'll tell you that this emplyment system, labor conditions and treatment.

Q How do we know whether we are registered or not?
A Everyone can be registered if you agree with conditions and treatment.
You can start the job whennever you want after registraison.

Q Do we have to work any time as assigned in a week or a month?
A No, you don't. You may assign your request to our staff.
If you have never had a job for three month, we eraze your registration.


3. How to make a schedule

A We show you some kind of schedule types.

A We distinguish spot type of jobs(called Spot) from regular type of jobs (called Regular).

1. Regular
8h (hours) work a day. 5 times a week. More than 20 times a month. Monthly income target 200000–300000yen.
2. Semi-regular
4–8h work a day. 3–4 times a week. 12–16 times a month.
3. Week End Spot
Saturaday or Suday Staff. 3–7 times a month. 4–6 months a year, mainly spring and autumn.
A number of students choose this type.

4. Spot
1–5 a month or seasonarly. Double workers choose this.

You guess what type is yours.


4. You have done before or not

Q Is it important whether we've done before or not?
A You can start without experiance at all.
You feel uneasy at the first a couple of times. A lot of person likely give up within such times.
