Various persons go into each working shift and are greatly playing an
active part in various forms.
Please find the working shift suitable for yourself.
Some examples are shown below.
Ms A: The
junior in a university
She began service from October at the time of the freshman in a university.
The period which she commits is about annual 5 month in total in spring
(from May to June) and autumn (from October to December). She rested
for a while, after beginning job hunting. She works the monthly amount
of 100,000 yen in the period currently committed. If she has free time,
she will also work a weekday or a weekend.
Mr. B: The
senior in a university
He began to work from October, in order to earn the fund of a graduation
journey. He works for an average of 20 days, and works the monthly amount
of 150,000 yen in one month. He was able to work as planned.
Ms. C: The
sophomore in a university
She began to work from September at the time of the freshman in a university.
She did not work in January for the examination. And she rested in order
to carry out a snowboard and training camp from February till March
and to enjoy herself. She began to work for April to an average of five
days for one month again. She is going to increase the number of times
of working also including a weekday, after becoming a junior in a university.
Mr. D: The
freshman in a university
He began to work from March and rested between the summer vacations.
He mainly works at a weekend for four days in an average of one month.
Although his friend who registered as a member of Shunju Service together
has already stopped, since he got the new friend in the workplace, he
can be working happily.
Ms. E: The
temporary office employee on weekdays
She works for about five days for one month on Saturday and Sunday.
She began to work three years ago, in order to earn travel expense.
(Those who work as a side job like her have not only women but male.)
Although the work stood and committed for her was tight, it has got
used from the 5th time. This work has a convenient thing with the high
flexibility of a shift for her. Since she got experienced in work and
could work for a long time, she could work efficiently.
Mr. F: Under
certifying examination study
He works for about eight days in one month. He works for nine months
in one year, and he is absent from the work during three months before
an examination, and concentrates on study. Since he does not exercise
usually, working is also a change of air for him. If he passes an examination,
of course, he will be going to retire from the present work.
Ms. G: Musician
She works 4 times or more per week, when not carrying out a live concert.
She is working for the purpose of the monthly income of 150,000 yen.
The money which she earned turns into a precious activity fund of a
band.
Ms. H:
Prospective actress
She is working every day, when she is in Tokyo. She is absent from work,
when there are audition and a public performance.
Ms. I: Under
new job-hunting
She works average 5 days per week. Except when there is an interview
for employment, she goes into a shift and is working. She is going to
work at the dispatch place which Shunju Service introduces until a new
position is found by her.
Mr. J: Party
assistant
He goes into the shift like employees. He is the full time worker who
bears the operation of the party. Although he has the big responsibility
which should be borne, he feels definite aim in life for his work.
Ms. K: The
temporary worker who holds a full-time position at a restaurant
She goes into a shift completely and also has the guarantee of working
hours. She is working by five-day work week. She aims at the skill rise
so that kimono may be worn and it can take charge of dainty and refined
Japanese dishes.
Mr. L: Captain
He is a time zone manager. He is quite detailed about wine and has repeated
study further. He is taking charge also of an employee's education as
a leader.
Mr. M: Working
person in charge
He performs staff arrangements, shift management of the party, management
of a working situation, training, etc. It is also required for him to
often look after subordinates. He may have to apologize instead of the
staff. He is trusted by subordinates although his work is very severe.
