We have to think of for what each guest is always asking, and we have to try to perform promptly and to be able to obtain satisfaction. Each guest is always asking us for the best service. Please work without the expectation for the best service each guest would like to get. 2. Please understand and serve the basic concept and manual which each hotel has. Each hotel surely has a "service manual." It is a minimum consensus for the hotel persons to understand and carry out it.. Each guest considers that the person having the hotels employee fashion is a regular worker. 3. We think that the hotel in which you are going to consider to work is veru helpful to you. The performance is depends on yourself. The guest who use or stay the hotel is asking for the better service than any other hotels. Therefore, we think that instruction to you who do the best service is severe. To understand the difficulty of giving people satisfaction, and feel joy when you perform it, will be greatly helpful to your future life.
