2. Cocktail Buffet Party (CB)

As showed in the figure, a buffet-style party is the party of the form eaten or drunk, everybody's taking a favorite dish to their own plate, and rising from the table (dishes board) placed in the party hall. Carrying in of dishes

Please take your favorite drink.," and have a guest take a drink. If there is much number of a guest, this welcome drink will take long time. In a buffet-style party, since there is no table which you take charge of alone like a formal dinner, You have to act taking care of whether the things to put away has accumulated on CHIRASHI table, whether guests are short of the drink, whether the cooking table is finely arranged so that a guests may tend to take cooking, and so on. And you need to give your service by passing through between guests. Be careful enough.
