In the banquet hall, the guest of preliminary inspection etc. may be guided in the hall during standby at the business manager etc. Whatever the situation in the hall, please greet in voice with "Welcome" and a sufficient feeling. The officer of a hotel and each superior official's name and a photograph of his face, an extension number inside a hall, the name of a banquet hall, its position, etc. are displayed on the public space. Please make them reference. 11. Arrangement and order are the foundations in foundations. Please always arrange the office, a public space, and your locker etc. as well as a banquet hall.
