Nails/Accessories

When we give our service to the guests (,when serving dishes especially), our hands attracts attention most from them. Please wash your hands well and maintain cleanliness. Please cut your nails short and clean them up.

Accessories, such as a ring, an earring, and a pierced earring, are prohibited altogether during service. (However, a wedding ring is an exception.)

 

Others

When you cover glasses, please make it the thing of a frame which is not conspicuous, and use a colorless lens. The contact lens of coloring is prohibited.

Also, be careful for body smell, a rouge, a perfume, and cosmetics not to displease others.

Please keep in mind about the dress at the time of commutation to attend the office in the dress which is not unsightly as an employee of a hotel. Although the dress at the time of commutation does not have especially specification, the shorts of a summer, a T-shirt, sandals, etc. are prohibited.

Although all the above-mentioned matters are fundamental things, before we notice, mind may loosen during service.. Please keep in mind to check mutually and carry out your job.
